Patient journey is an effective tool to unveil patients’ perspective at every stage of their disease. We conduct market surveys and focus groups to provide our clients with insights which allows them to better engage with patients and understand their individual needs and challenges.

Generate reliable data to demonstrate value to payers

Patient-reported outcomes (PRO) and Real-world Evidence (RWE) are effective tools to generate local data outside clinical trials, and give a better understanding about the drug effectiveness, tolerability and HRQoL in a targeted group or subgroup of patients. PRO and RWE are being increasingly requested by payers to bridge the gap between the patients’ populations and outcomes from Clinical Trials and the actual population and the outcome in the local clinical practice. We deliver evidence-based research focusing on PRO and RWE to demonstrate the real value of the drug to payers, as well as other stakeholders.

Empower patients to play an active role in their treatment

Patients are becoming more and more active and engaged in their own healthcare condition. This is an increasing trend that is believed to have a positive impact on the patients’ satisfaction and clinical outcomes and improve their overall experience. Therefore increasing patients’ engagement requires educating and informing the patients about their condition.
Our services include providing nurses and healthcare coaches who support patients enrolled in our programs. They provide calls or home assistance for patients throughout their journey, disease education and day-to-day tips on living with the condition, continuous motivation and encouragement to patients, and education on self-injection or scheduling doses…

Disease awareness campaigns

We design disease awareness campaigns to enhance the understanding of the disease and assess its burden from different perspectives. We ensure a successful campaign through addressing the right audience, using impactful messages and selecting the most appropriate communication channels.

Optimizing Patient – HCP communication

Patients have their own beliefs about their illness and treatment. These beliefs need to be elicited, evaluated and understood, so that they can be addressed effectively. We design workshops for physicians who are looking to enhance their communication and focus on the importance of understanding and communicating the right message to their patients.

Educational materials

We develop patient materials, application, website, education guides and frequently asked questions brochures that offer patients and their families a quality resource developed by experts in the field. These materials can cover topics such as causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. They may also include tips on healthy living with the disorder.
